HEIMA TRANSPORT COVID-19 UPDATE

At Heima Transport, our mission is to deliver excellence with our commitment to people first, safety always, strong capabilities & sustainability with the freedom.

Transport is an essential service. Please be assured that we are open for business as usual and will continually review our operational practices to ensure safety of you and the community remains our priority. We must do our very best to minimise the spread of COVID-19.

During this unprecedented and difficult period, following the government regulation, we are doing our very best to lead the industry in our approach to developing and implementing safer pickup and delivery, moving solutions.

We have taken strong, proactive measures to ensure the safety of you, our workers and the community whilst maintaining business continuity for the community. Now we are explaining our current operating contactless delivery process.

1.     Contact the customer before the delivery to determine it is a Covid Free residence.

If the residence is not covid free, the delivery must be re-scheduled to an agreed date with your shop or an alternative address to ensure everyone’s safety.

2.     Our workers wear PPE at all times during deliveries.

This includes masks and gloves, sanitising surface after each delivery.

3.     Our contactless delivery standards only if your residence is COVID FREE.

When we are arriving at your residence, our workers will assess anything may cause harm before unloading your delivery. We ask your help to ensure

  • You wear a mask, maintain strict social distancing at all times which is a minimum 1.5 meters.

  • There are minimal occupants inside your residence. For example only one person communicating with the delivery.

  • All doors and windows are open and your place is well ventilated.

  • The delivery can be completed within minimise time onsite.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation and thank you for helping us to make your delivery as safe as possible.

This process is recommended and subject to the third party’s standard requirement.

As always, our priority is safety always so please be calmly alert and compliant with our prevention procedure and relevant government regulations. Thank you very much for your patience and care.
